STABLE Resource Toolkit

The STABLE Resource Toolkit provides quality improvement resources to assist the clinician in the identification and management of bipolar disorder. Resources provided have been selected for their high rigor and low burden and include assessment instruments, documentation templates, flow charts and checklists.  Toolkits are not meant to be used prescriptively but to provide guidance and options that can be individually selected, customized and shared.  Permission for dissemination of toolkit materials has been obtained from copyright holders. Click the link above to download the complete toolkit (pdf) or the links below to go to individual sections.
